Decomex started manufacturing balloons in 1980 in Vietnam. Decomex has also developed in Malaysia. Decomex is even the biggest balloon manufacturer in Vietnam and has the biggest distributor network in Malaysia. Decomex after 30 years their motto is still the same "we’ve only just begun!".
